Shipping policy

Shipment of in-stock items is typically, but not guaranteed to ship, within 5-7 business days from the receipt of payment or submission of a valid purchase order (P.O.).

On some occasions items will ship via "drop shipping" direct from outside vendors/manufacturers of certain products.  Shipment and delivery of such items are not controlled by Maker Maven, LLC, but are typically shipped 10-14 business days on "in stock items" from the receipt of payment or submission of a valid purchase order (P.O.).

Some items are considered "in-stock", but not warehoused by Maker Maven, LLC. On purchase of these items, Maker Maven, LLC will receive the items into our warehouse within, but not guaranteed, 10-14 business days, and then shipped to the end user within 2-3 business days.

Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, including issues with tariffs, customs delays, and international trade relations, many items may be labeled as "Backordered". Backordered items do not have a specific time frame to ship to the end user. If you have questions regarding a specific "Backordered" item, please email orders@makermaven.net.

Once products are considered "shipped", and no longer in possession of Maker Maven, LLC, the company (Maker Maven, LLC) will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items pertaining to an order.
