The Robo E4 5-Year Extended Warranty comes with parts replacement, machine replacement (if rendered malfunctional), and specialized support for 5 years from purchase date.
It must be purchased at the same time as the printer to apply. Each warranty is good for a single machine only. Note, warranty does not cover consumable parts such as build plate/tape, hotends/extruders, or filament. It also does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect or misuse, extreme environment, unusual stress, exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, or electrical problems associated with incoming power or other acts not the fault of Robo.

By default the E4 comes with a 2-year warranty standard. This extends that to 5-years from purchase date. It does not add 5 years onto the 2-year warranty.
