What you need per person/group...

• Can You Make a Solar Powered Oven? Creator Sheet
• Boxes with lids (pizza boxes or shoe boxes
• Aluminum Foil
• Plastic Wrap
• Black Paper 
• Stick/Popsicle Stick
• Scissors
• Tape/Glue
• Marshmallows
• Graham Crackers
• Chocolate

What you need to do...

• Students will begin by picking groups and or working independently
• Students will then take the creator sheet and begin to decide what items they will use to create a Solar Powered Oven
• Students will then write out the steps they are choosing to create the Solar Powered Oven
• Students will record any issues they have as they following the steps they created for building the Solar Powered Oven
• Once the Oven is ready, students will then take the items to make a S’more and see if the oven heats up the s’more. 
• Right down any changes that they think should be made, to make the oven better
