Can You Make A Comic?

Comics are a wonderful medium for students to use to express their ideas with images, text, and other visual information! For this challenge, students will take a book they have read and make the important parts into a comic. 

Are you up for the challenge? Pick a book, grab your comic template, and let's get creative! 

What you need:

• Blank Comic Template
• Pencil
• Markers or Crayons

What you need to do…

• Have students pick a book that they would like to make into a comic.
• Tell students they should pick the most important parts and decide how they could illustrate them.
• Take your template and make sure to use your imagination to create a retelling of your book.
• Have students share their comics with the class!
