What you need per person/group...

- Toy Cars (Unless Building Your Own Car)
- String
- Balloons
- Helium (Optional)
What you need to build you own car:
- Cardboard

What you need to do...
- Students will begin by picking groups or work independently.
- Have students take the Creator Sheet and begin to decide what items they will use to create a Balloon Rocket Car.
- The next step is for students to write out the steps they are choosing to create the Balloon Rocket Car - Will students create a car or use an already built car?
- On the Creator Sheet have students record any issues they have as they following the steps they created for building the Balloon Rocket Car.
- Once the Rocket Car is created, they will then test by blowing up the balloons and attaching them to the car. Note on the Creator Sheet how many balloons you are starting with and then note when adjustments need to be made.
- Right down any changes that they think should be made, to make the car move quicker.
